The interactive installation "Abecedarium Bulgaricus" will be located in the atrium of Justus Lipsius, the seat of the Council of the European Union in Brussels, on the occasion of the start of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU in January 2018. Traditionally, the state holding the rotating presidency has a space of thematic artworks.

The installation consists of 30 boxes, each of which contains a laser-cut letter of the Bulgarian alphabet. A special sensor reacts when sitting and activates a loudspeaker that pronouns the original sound of the letter. In the waiting room of the 50th floor of the Justus Lipsius building a series of films will be screened that interpret elements of the historical heritage through modern visual means. Each month, the multi-channel video installation will present a different project.
