Couriers of good will delight the elderly residents of Burgas during the Easter holidays
Famous and beloved singers and artists will personally deliver food, medicine and Easter parcels

Employees of the Bulgarian Municipality of Burgas will carry out holiday deliveries to the homes of elderly and isolated people in the week before Easter. If you want to make your relatives and loved ones at retirement age happy without putting them at risk of coronavirus infection, call the hotlines of Burgas Municipality.
The telephones announced on the website of the local government are: 0885 985 693, 0884 469 130, 0882 129 664. Teams of volunteers during the holidays will become couriers of the good and will deliver food and medicines as well as Easter parcels.
Popular artists in support of the noble initiative
The idea was inspired by the granddaughters of grandfather Stoyan, who surprised him a few days ago with spring drawings for his 89th birthday. The gift was taken personally by the beloved singer Tony Dimitrova. She will again be the courier of good news and tidings in the week before Easter. This time she will be joined by other popular Bulgarian singers and artists as Drago Draganov, Tony Minasyan, Stefka, Svetlyo, and Yasen from “Hot Sand”.
Burgas Municipality is preparing a holiday surprise for its deserving citizens, spreading the spirit of Burgas. They will receive a personal message from the mayor Dimitar Nikolov, along with a children's drawing. Over the last week, graduates of several Burgas schools have created inspiring works that will warm dozens of hearts.
"We have not stopped thinking about the deserving citizens of Burgas, the creators, the awakening, the people of science who are no longer in active age, from the first day of the state of emergency. Many of them also asked us on hot phones. we want to show them with a small gesture that we value and love them," said Mayor Dimitar Nikolov in regards with the noble Easter holiday initiative.
