From the Center of Urban Mobility in the Bulgarian capital are considering changes in the terms and conditions for use of public transport. Passengers in Sofia's public transport will no longer have to buy a separate ticket for their luggage. Most changes to the rules are related to the future introduction of so-called “ticket system” for electronic charging and dropping the paper ticket
The proposed new rules for the use of public transport are to be formally submitted in the coming weeks and then discussed with the municipal council. In the spring there are plans to run experimental 24-hour public transport, at this moment by only of buses. No subway courses are planned at night.
