For the second year running, the airline Silver air will connect the island of Loinj with Zagreb, Venice (Italy) and Lugano (Switzerland). Regular flights to Zagreb (3 times a week), Venice (two flights a week) and Lugano (two times a week) will operate from June 15thto September 28th2019.

With comfortable flights, tourists can reach the Island of Loinj by plane from Zagreb and Venice in 50 minutes, and from Lugano in Switzerland in 1 hour and 40 minutes. The aircraft used for the service is a 17-seater LET410 biturboprop, which is capable of landing on the runway of Mali Loinj Airport, only mt. 900, in total security. These flights will be of great use for passengers arriving on intercontinental and international flights, therefore offering a direct connection to the Island of Loinj.

Loinj is a Croatian island in the northern Adriatic Sea, in the Kvarner Gulf. Loinj Airport is 5.9km far from Mali Loinj. It is registered for domestic and international traffic. The runway is 900 meters long and 30 meters wide. The traffic consists primarily of small aircraft. It was built in 1985 when Croatia was still part of Yugoslavia and it served as a general aviation airport for the air sports.
