The fans of the military in Gdynia have a reason for joy as of last month. It has now become much easier to purchase military equipment and accessories, as a new boutique has opened in the city centre.
Before the end of February when the shop opened, the Military Property Agency used to trade these items on its own premises. However, in line with the growing demand, they decided to get closer to their customers by opening a boutique-format shop at 36-44 Abraham street at the place of a former metal shop.
Quality military equipment for everyday use
The shop offers various types of movable property, like uniforms and military equipment. What is more, at advantageous prices everyone can buy items of quality for everyday use, explains the property's management. Army sweaters, jackets, boots and special shoes appear to be popular among the buyers.

It is worth visiting because the uniforms available here are original and not fakes, explained Wojciech Dudek, head of Property Management of the Regional Department of the Military Property Agency in Gdynia, quoted by the municipal portal.
There are military accessories - even a set of needles with threads that soldiers use. There are also unusual things like a dental kit and items from war stocks. There are also straitjackets, helmets and hats, which you can't get everywhere, as well as pilot and diver suits, continued Dudek.
Bringing military goods closer to citizens
He also explained that despite that the Agency offers items at several locations in Poland, it is the first time that their stock is being offered in a boutique style. Previously it used to be like a warehouse with pallet sale. In the future, Warsaw and other large Polish cities will also follow with their own boutique shops.

The military boutique in Gdynia is open three days a week. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, it works from 12.00 to 17.00, while on Wednesdays one can visit between 9.00 and 15.00.
