An impressive exhibition of hundreds of original elements drawn from the ocean floor, cabins and luxury lounges and the engine room of Titanic, probably the most famous sunken ship, are already on display in Brno. The exhibition area is more than 2500 m2 large which allows to walk through a model of the entirety of the ship like its passengers did in reality. The visitors to the exhibition will have the opportunity to learn about the life on Titanic by exploring thirteen galleries and a cinema, as well as cafes that tell the stories of how the passengers enjoyed their journey.
A wreck of Titanic and 3D reality experience is complemented by a sound guide in the headset, a unique sound system that perfectly represents the atmosphere of all parts of the boat. In order to guarantee this special visit, hundreds of original artefacts were transported to the Czech city by over a dozen trucks. Among these one can find various personal belongings such as jewellery, glasses, documents, as well as playing cards, clothing or perfume bottles maintaining the original smell. Parts of the kitchen equipment – from large pots to luxury dining sets and the technical equipment can also be seen. It is to be noted that Titanic exhibition, owned by the American company RMS Titanic, ranks among the most successful in the world.
