Thessaloniki gets ready for its metro launch in November
The underground rapid transit lines have been under construction for almost two decades due to various project delays
Hochbahn is employing more and more e-vehicles in its fleet
The project will create around 5 000 new permanent jobs
The project will cost 260,000 euros and will be 50% financed by the Lombardy Region
The task will take 7 years and 300 million euros to complete
The purchase will be complete in two stages – if the city is satisfied with the first 8 vehicles, it will buy an additional 15
It has been closed for commercial operations for the last ten years
Changes will be introduced gradually over the next few years
The idea is expected to become reality by the first quarter of 2020
59 new fast charging stations will become available in the capital by the end of the year
