La ville belge expérimente un système innovant adapté aux groupes vulnérables
Le laboratoire urbain Stadslab2050 d’Anvers a lancé un système d’alerte expérimental pour les vagues de chaleur. Il est adapté aux besoins des jeunes enfants, des personnes âgées et des personnes qui en prennent soin. Le Hitteverklikker est une solution innovante testée cet été dans le quartier de Sint-Andries, situé dans la zone intelligente d'Anvers.
Ainsi, De Hitteverklikker est un site Web qui met en garde contre les périodes de fortes chaleurs et les vagues de chaleur et donne un aperçu des conseils pour se protéger de la chaleur. Sur la base des prévisions climatiques actuelles de l'Institut flamand de développement technologique (VITO) et des mesures effectuées par des capteurs intelligents de la Smart Zone d'Anvers (Sint-Andrieswijk), l'indicateur de chaleur fournit les informations suivantes:
En outre, Hitteverklikker propose une carte interactive sur laquelle sont indiqués tous les lieux importants pendant les périodes de canicule: points d'eau potable, dispensaires, médecins de famille, hôpitaux et pharmaciens, mais également zones de loisirs intérieures et extérieures accessibles à pied. Les zones extérieures fraîches sont des zones ombragées et vertes ouvertes au public pendant la journée et généralement équipées d’un canapé. Dans les espaces intérieurs froids, une initiative des résidents et des organisations du quartier, des jeunes, des parents avec des enfants et des personnes âgées peut venir se calmer à certains moments. Ces lieux sont accessibles gratuitement et reconnaissables par un logo.
