During the Copenhagen Light Festival more than 40 colorful installations illuminate the city
The city is holding a three-week festival of lights. The festival will feature 40 different installations and art pieces from a range of Danish and international artists. Throughout the festival, buildings, squares, canals and other spaces illuminate the city.
This is the festival’s second year and in 2019 one of the themes is sustainability. For example there is an installation visualizing global warming. The Copenhagen Light Festival runs until 24 February. The works can be found all over Copenhagen and are free to visit.
