Citizens can admire the floral creations until 27 March
The 45th edition of the International Flower Festival officially began on 21 March in Split. This year, the festival takes place under the motto “Europe blooms in the middle of Split” and one can admire the floral creations of 50 florists from various European countries.
In addition to this, producers from Sisak, Glina, Petrinja, and Topusko will also sell flowers on the city’s seafront promenade, the Riva. The money earned from these sales will then be put towards helping those who have been affected by last year’s earthquake.
The festival will last until 27 March.
