On 2 April, the Croatian City of Koprivnica unveiled an exhibition featuring large Easter eggs in preparation for the religious holiday. Painted by artists from Podravina, the eggs will remain in the city park until 24 April.
"This is another dear and beautiful story from Koprivnica and Koprivnica-Križevci County. Our little ones will enjoy the exhibition the most, when it warms up and everything turns green. It is really nice to know that many people like to paint and imitate the Easter egg project, which is why we are recognised outside of Croatia. This Easter, let it [the exhibition] be a grain of optimism for us when we like to gather and socialize in the spirit of faith and tradition,” shared Mayor Mišel Jakšić.
