Il presidente della Regione Puglia, Michele Emiliano ha stipulato gli accordi preliminari con i rappresentanti di 180 Comuni che costituiscono la platea della graduatoria definitiva relativa all’Avviso Pubblico per il potenziamento del patrimonio sportivo delle Amministrazioni comunali, anno 2019, informa Il Giornale dei Comuni. Le risorse che la Regione Puglia da per questo scopo sono 17.775.242,81 euro.
La Regione Puglia ha investito negli ultimi 5 anni 40 milioni per gli impianti spotivi. Con i nuovi 18 milioni di finanziamento, 180 Comuni della Puglia potranno rafforzare, manutenere e migliorare i propri impianti sportivi.
Negli ultimi anni, Puglia ha dato un ruolo centrale allo sport. Le aspettative sono che gli impianti nuovi serviranno non solo per le squadre professionali, ma anche per sviluppare attività culturali per l'intera comunità.
Investire nel potenzile della rete degli impianti sportivi pubblici e privati dà un impatto positivo anche sul piano sociale, della salute e dell’attrattività delle comunità. Ai circa 18 milioni di euro, si aggiungono i finanziamenti a 100 Comuni per 8 milioni di euro e 10 milioni di euro sugli impianti sportivi privati.
Riguardo la distribuzione territoriale delle risorse, nella provincia di Bari sono interessati 20 Comuni, in Brindisi 15 Comuni, nella Bat 5 Comuni, in Foggia - 42, Lecce 78 Comuni e, infine, nella provincia di Taranto 18 Comuni. Il contributo massimo a progetto è di 100 mila euro.
Il finanziamento puo coprire le spese per la realizzazione di un impianto sportivo o di un’area sportiva attrezzata, ampliare e migliorare l’offerta di attività o servizi. Si puo fare riqualificazione di un impianto sportivo o un’area sportiva attrezzata esistente, per un recupero funzionale per soggetti con disabilità e un adeguamento alle norme di sicurezza e igienico-sanitarie.
