Ana Kahlić is 23-year-old from Zagreb. She studies „Media research and public relations“ at Catholic University of Croatia. She is interested in the field of media literacy, especially in raising awareness of vulnerable groups, children and the elderly who need help navigating today's digital world.

She wants to raise awareness about the topic of disinformation in Croatia and educate others, from media experts to politicians and everyday users of social networks, on how to identify this problem.

She also believes that today's youth can achieve great things with their knowledge and effort.

Ana participates in Read Twice – an EU-funded project that targets young people and aims to counter disinformation and fake news by enhancing their skills to critically assess information, identify vicious and harmful media content and distinguish between facts and opinions, thus improving their media competencies.
