Magdalena Magdić is a graduate student at the Catholic University of Croatia, programme „Intercultural Communication and Journalism“. She is interested in fields such as media literacy and the representation of women and children in media. She is a member of the Association for Communication and Media Culture (DKMK).

She believes that without responsible journalists and independent media, we cannot live in a real democracy.

Manda participates in Read Twice – an EU-funded project that targets young people and aims to counter disinformation and fake news by enhancing their skills to critically assess information, identify vicious and harmful media content and distinguish between facts and opinions, thus improving their media competencies.
