Las autoridades renuevan un acuerdo con la Fundación Secretariado Gitano por vigésimo año consecutivo
La Agencia Local de Desarrollo (ALD), parte del gobierno municipal de Alicante, ha vuelto a firmar un acuerdo colaborativo con la Fundación Secretariado Gitano (FSG) como parte continua del itinerario para la inclusión social y laboral de comunidad gitana. Hoy se cumple la vigésima vez consecutiva en que se realiza esta acción.
La colaboración ya tradicional entre las autoridades y la organización sin fines de lucro, que promueve el reconocimiento de la cultura gitana y defiende los derechos de las minorías, se realiza de acuerdo con el programa ‘Acceder’. Este programa busca ampliar la inclusión e incorporación de la comunidad marginada en el mercado laboral convencional.
FSG recibirá 10 000 euros del ALD para ayudarle en su misión de proporcionar servicios de intermediación laboral para aquellos que lo necesiten. El objetivo es promover la inclusión y aceptación de los gitanos en el ámbito del trabajo asalariado.
"Los itinerarios de acompañamiento que realiza la Fundación perfeccionan a los profesionales gitanos, ya que incluyen desde acciones formativas, acciones de sensibilización, hasta labores de intermediación laboral," señaló Mari Carmen de España, presidenta delegada de ALD. Además, el programa ‘Acceder’ está diseñado para promover actividades que buscan implementar la igualdad de género y la conciliación.
"Este año el programa está haciendo hincapié en formar a los beneficiarios en todas las habilidades digitales necesarias para afrontar cualquier itinerario laboral, especialmente ahora a raíz de la pandemia del COVID-19," concluyó de España.
‘Acceder’ es una iniciativa que forma parte del Programa Operativo de Inclusión Social y la Economía Social y el Programa Operativo de Empleo Juvenil del Fondo Social Europeo.
