El pasado 5 de enero, la secretaria de Salud Pública de Cataluña, Carmen Cabezas, ofreció una rueda de prensa para presentar los planes del Gobierno regional para impulsar los esfuerzos de vacunación ante la actual ola provocada por la variante Omicron del COVID.
Se tomó el tiempo de extender la llamada a todos los grupos de edad que aún no han recibido un golpe para que se apresuren y lo hagan, ya que esto mejoraría drásticamente su resistencia al virus. Sin embargo, la parte más curiosa fue su anuncio de que el Departamento de Salud ha iniciado una campaña de vacunación promocional en la aplicación de citas móvil Tinder como una forma de llegar al grupo de edad de 20 a 49 años.
La campaña consiste en insertar espacios publicitarios en Tinder utilizando un lenguaje juvenil y el hecho de que los usuarios utilicen esta plataforma para conocer a otras personas y programar fechas. Los anuncios simulan un perfil de Tinder de la vacuna Covid-19 con mensajes como "Si aún no nos hemos visto, invítame a salir".
A continuación, se indica al usuario que haga clic en el sitio web oficial del gobierno donde se pueden programar fácilmente las citas de vacunación. Con esta campaña de salud, la Generalitat de Catalunya hace su debut en esta red social.
Como han demostrado las estadísticas regionales, el 2% del total de casos se debe a reinfecciones, o 28.402 la semana anterior. Sin embargo, el 8% de los casos en personas menores de 50 años se deben a reinfecciones, cifra que solo llega al 5,25% en personas de 50 y más años.
En general, los grupos que han recibido inyecciones de refuerzo informan una menor incidencia de infecciones, lo que explicaría por qué los números son más bajos para las personas mayores.
El Departamento de Salud también informa que, hasta el momento, se han reportado hasta 3 reinfecciones en unas 330 personas y una persona ha sufrido incluso ¡cuatro!
