Esto es parte de un plan que involucrará 13 acciones durante el año que viene
Hoy la web oficial de la Generalitat de Catalunya ha comunicado que se ha realizado la convocatoria de propuestas con el fin de cumplir los 13 proyectos que compondrán el Plan de Carreteras Sostenibles de la comunidad autónoma. La razón fundamental detrás del plan es utilizar la innovación como motor impulsor de la competitividad y el crecimiento económico.
Esta licitación se enmarca dentro del Programa de Innovación en Contratación Pública RIS3CAT, que es una política estratégica de las autoridades catalanas para convertir su región en uno de los principales centros de investigación e innovación de Europa.
El Plan de Carreteras Sostenibles contribuye a esta visión global a través de la promoción de la innovación en el desarrollo y aplicación de materiales y tecnologías más sostenibles para los procesos de diseño, pavimentación, construcción y mantenimiento de carreteras, manteniendo su funcionalidad y seguridad.
En cuanto a la sostenibilidad, que es el eje principal del Plan, se espera conseguirla mediante la reducción de emisiones, la economía circular y la sostenibilidad energética. Hay medidas específicas que son clave para estos objetivos:
Asimismo, el Plan también prevé novedad en cuanto a la participación de las empresas y el sistema de evaluación de los beneficiarios ganadores.
