Hoy se ha informado de que la 3ª edición del ya anual proyecto Stand-up Science tendrá lugar en L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, como parte del programa de eventos Summer Experience. La iniciativa se lleva a cabo como una colaboración entre el centro de investigación IDIBELL, el centro audiovisual municipal de Torre Barrina y jóvenes científicos y busca dar más visibilidad a la investigación en la que trabajan estos científicos dándoles habilidades comunicativas para la era moderna.
Las herramientas digitales que proporcionan una plataforma y un público ya están a la espera. Todo lo que se necesita son habilidades sólidas de comunicación para trasladar la terminología y los hallazgos de la investigación científica compleja al público curioso. Aquí es donde viene en ayuda Torre Barrina, el centro de comunicación especializado del Departamento de Educación, Innovación y Cultura de L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.
El plan es brindar a siete investigadores del IDIBELL la oportunidad de aprender habilidades de comunicación híbrida. Para ello darán una charla en directo, además de grabar un vídeo para el canal del IDIBELL en YouTube.
La primera parte del programa verá a los investigadores presentando su trabajo a un público en vivo en el evento denominado Monólogos Científicos que tendrá lugar el 4 de septiembre a las 19:30 en el Parque de la Marquesa. Seis días después, el 10 de septiembre, los científicos se dirigirán a la Torre Barrina para grabar y editar sus videos de YouTube.
Con el fin de preparar a los participantes para entregar contenido divertido y atractivo que sea comprensible para todos, primero se someterán a tres talleres donde aprenderán cómo preparar guiones y cómo producir con éxito un video de YouTube.
Las dos primeras ediciones de Stand-up Science resultaron en la producción de 12 piezas audiovisuales que resultaron ser el contenido más popular en el canal de YouTube del IDIBELL, con un total combinado de 13 245 visualizaciones.
