La web municipal de Barakaldo informó ayer que durante la totalidad del próximo mes de septiembre las autoridades locales han organizado talleres gratuitos que enseñarán a los vecinos de la localidad la importancia del ciclismo y cómo hacerlo mejor. "30 Días en Bici" es el nombre de la iniciativa que se organizará en 5 barrios diferentes mediante una carpa itinerante.
Está previsto que '30 Días en Bici 'se desarrolle en 5 sábados consecutivos, de la siguiente manera: 5 de septiembre (Herriko Plaza), 12 de septiembre (Plaza de Gurutzeta), 19 de septiembre (la plaza de San Vicente), 26 de septiembre (la plaza Lube) y 3 de octubre (Plaza de Retuerto).
La forma en que van a funcionar los talleres será que monitores expertos de Ziklobizi Eskola, montarán una carpa entre las 10:00 y las 12:00 de la mañana bajo la cual demostrarán las mejores prácticas en bicicleta. Luego viene la parte práctica donde durante 90 minutos, los participantes viajarán con los entrenadores en las calles.
“Asimismo se estudiarán los elementos de seguridad obligatorios, la importancia del lenguaje corporal para avisar de nuestros movimientos con antelación, el repaso de la señalética vial, el análisis de posibles puntos conflictivos en nuestros trayectos”, ha dicho Gorka Zubiaurre, el concejal de Gobierno Abierto y Turismo en Barakaldo.
Aquellos residentes que tengan curiosidad por los talleres pero que no tengan bicicleta no deben temer. Su municipio local tiene un total de 55 bicicletas, 40 de las cuales se pueden utilizar durante la duración del programa, sin cargo.
Tengan en cuenta que los talleres se mantendrán pequeños con un máximo de 8 personas, mayores de 16 años. La inscripción a la participación y las bicicletas gratuitas será posible en la web municipal por orden de llegada.
