The race for the European Best Destination 2023 is already on, and the question of which city, town or region will succeed Ljubljana with the prestigious title is wide open. The cool thing is, you can help the most visited travel website on the continent European Best Destinations (EBD) to make the decision by casting your vote here.

There are 21 nominated destinations all across Europe. The choices are magnificent in their own way and we won’t be biased and take sides. Anything from small tucked-away towns to bustling capitals to islands, you’re spoiled for choice.

Even better, the organizers have given the public the opportunity to cast more than one vote. In fact, you can vote once every 24 hours per IP address! And the voting period goes until 10 February 2023.

The portal that inspires travelling in Europe

Whoever the winner is, they stand to benefit greatly from the prestigious title. The destination will wear the crown and enjoy a higher number of visitors and increased awareness of its charms in a year when post-Covid recovery still counts.

European Best Destinations has been the expert travel advice portal for curious holidayers of any category and make since 2009. The website has categorized destinations in a variety of ways that can appeal to a variety of tastes.

Best Summer Music Festivals anyone? What about Best Winter Sun? Their thematic rankings are based on travellers’ votes reflecting heartfelt and authentic experiences.

The website has been promoting the rich tourism offer that Europe has on the global market. Their promotions are done in partnership with local tourist offices. Additionally, EBD creates travel guides and promotional campaigns in authoritative media outlets around the world.
