Loinj is a Croatian island in the northern Adriatic Sea, in the Kvarner Gulf. Loinj Airport is 5.9km far from Mali Loinj. It is registered for domestic and international traffic. The runway is 900 meters long and 30 meters wide. The traffic consists primarily of small aircraft. It was built in 1985 when Croatia was still part of Yugoslavia and it served as a general aviation airport for the air sports.
