The Covenant of Mayors Investment Forum – Energy Efficiency Finance Market Place is taking place in Brussels, on the 19th and 20th of February. The two-day event will present the latest developments and good practices in investment for energy efficiency. High level representatives from the European Union, local administrations, successful companies and financial institutions will meet and exchange about the opportunities to create and stimulate energy efficiency.
During the event, 30 ongoing projects and programmes in six thematic parallel stands will be presented, accompanied by thematic workshops, on the subjects of:
Representatives of the European Union institutions and partner consortiums will explain more about the Horizon 2020 Energy Efficiency, Smart Cities and Communities and LIFE programmes as well as the European Investment Bank’s ELENA facility and the European Energy Efficiency Fund (eee-f) and how they help planning as well as financing sustainable energy and climate adaptation projects.
