Riccione is a town on Italy’s Adriatic coast

Works for fiber optics and access points are in progress in Ceccarini Street in Riccione in the stretch between the railway and Rome Square. The process is divided into two phases - the extension of the Man fiber optic network of the Municipality, and the installation of eight access points allowing a uniform coverage of the area. The company D.R. Telecommunications of Piacenza performs the first stage of the works. The next intervention will be the free Wi-Fi connection in public offices such as the City Hall, the Municipal Library, the Palace of Turism and the municipal police.

Riccione is a municipality in the Province of Rimini, Emilia-Romagna, northern Italy, with about 35,000 inhabitants. Riccione and Rimini are one of the best known Italian cities for vacation. Tourism in Riccione is that of mass, made up mostly of young people, attracted by the quantity and variety of clubs and discos present on its promenade. Since 2000 the city has shown a continuous growth of foreign tourists.
