It is considered to be the most beautiful in the world
This week, the Croatian City of Dubrovnik reported that it has added new LED lighting to its famous outdoor basketball court. The lighting, according to a press release, was donated by the Spanish company Prilux International and costs around HRK 27,000 (over EUR 3,500).
Last month, the American magazine and international design authority Architectural Digest published a list of the 19 best-designed basketball courts in the world. Dubrovnik’s City Wall Rooftop Court, located within century-old walls and overlooking the Adriatic Sea, ranked at the top of the list. Therefore, it is now known as “the most beautiful outdoor basketball court in the world”.
