The Maltese municipality is champion in family growth with 400% rate
Great news from our partner municipalities: the picturesque village and favourite holiday destination Marsaskala has just opened a new school. Mayor Mario Calleja met with parents this Monday for the inauguration. The youngest group of kindergarten started Wednesday 30th, followed by the older group from 1st to 3rd grade that set foot on the 1st of February, Friday. Next week on 5th the last group from 5th to 6th grades will also begin their studies.
The St Thomas More San Gwakkin school welcomes students from the St Thomas area and their total number amounts to about 500 students. The new building comes in response to particularly high family growth rates in Marsaskala - 400%. Congratulations!
