Visitors also donated hundreds of kilograms of food
Earlier this week, the Prague Zoo received a donation of 60 unsold Christmas trees. Acting as toys, the trees delighted nearly all the zoo’s animals, including the elephants, giraffes, hyenas, gorillas, birds, and bison.
In addition to this, visitors generously donated 680 kilograms of apples, 560 kilograms of carrots, and 530 kilograms of dry bread. Thanks to these donations, Prague’s animals celebrated the holiday season with toys and heaps of food.
