Christian Deleja-Hotko

The Mayor of Enns is Christian Deleja-Hotko, elected for his first term on 26 September 2021. Mayor Dejela-Hotko has served as Vice Mayor and advisor for Finance, Youth and Sports since 2019. He has been involved in municipal politics for 30 years, both as a social worker and a youth centre manager. He also works for the Association for the Promotion of Work and Employment in the department for long-term employment and placement for job seekers.

Mr Deleja-Hotko has also been the head of the local Austrian Social Democratic Party (SPO) for the past 16 years. As such, the main focuses of his agenda are the issues of decent and affordable housing, mobility and greenery, all the while committing to developing local solutions through dialogue with the community.
