Mayor Hannes Dolleschall was born on January 22nd, 1962 to Hubert and Maria Dolleschall.
After compulsory school, he graduated from the Judenburg Commercial Academy in 1981 and started his professional career at the Judenburg tax office, where he worked as a certified accountant. Due to his new area of responsibility, the mayor reduced his activity at the Judenburg tax office from January 1, 2011 to 50%.
Hannes Dolleschall’s political career began in 1990 with his election to the municipal council and as chairman of the SPÖ Judenburg.
As chairman of TVN-Naturfreunde, he helped the association to make a new start. Today Naturefriends present themselves as a homogeneous association with a wide range of leisure activities for its members. Hannes Dolleschall handed over the management to his successor Christian Füller in autumn 2019.
When asked about his hobbies, Mayor Hannes Dolleschall replied: “Primarily my two children Anja and Thomas, my grandchildren and my loyal four-legged friend Scudo. Hiking and cycling with nature lovers is one of my favourite pastimes, as is cooking for friends. And if there is still a little time, then the humour should not be neglected. ”
