Peter Eisenschenk

He was born on the 27^th of April 1965 in the city of Tulln where he has lived all his life. Peter studied Business Education at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and at Johannes Kepler University Linz.  After graduation he became editor of the “Trend” business magazine and later taught business administration, accounting and controlling at the Tulln Business Academy. In 2009 he became its director.

Peter’s political career began in 1997 when he joined the Tullner municipal council, where he focused on issues concerning the environment, public health and public finances. In 2002 he became a member of the City Council for Agriculture, Environment and Health. In 2005 he was elected vice-mayor, and later in 2009 he was elected mayor of Tulln – a post which he occupies to this day.
