Sophie Hæstorp Andersen was born in September 1974.
She was raised in Gladsaxe and obtained a degree in political science from the University of Copenhagen in 2006. She has been chair of the Regional Council of the Capital Region of Denmark since 2014.

Frank Jensen was born in 1961 in Copenhagen. In 1986 he received a Master's degree in Economics from Aalborg University. Member of the Social Democratic Party, he was elected mayor of the capital in 2010.
