Attila Kiss

The Mayor of Hajdúböszörmény, Mr. Attila Kiss was born in 1968 in Hajdúböszörmény. He is married, father of two girls.

In 1998 he became the vice mayor of Hajdúböszörmény. In 2002 he was elected Member of the Hungarian Parliament with the support of Fidesz Party. He was also re-elected to that position in 2006 and 2010.

In 2006 he became the Mayor of Hajdúböszörmény, and the citizens re-confirmed his tenure during the elections of 2010, 2014 and in 2019. Since 2010 he has also been a member and alternate member of the European Committee of the Regions.
