Tom Brabazon

Fianna Fáil Councillor Tom Brabazon was elected the 351stLord Mayor of Dublin at a Special Meeting of Dublin City Council on 24 February. The position of Lord Mayor was left vacant following the election of Paul Mc Auliffe to the Dáil (Parliament).

Cllr Brabazon was first co-opted onto Dublin City Council in 2003 and has served as Deputy Lord Mayor since June 2019. He represents the Donaghmede Local Electoral Area.

Brabzaon will only hold office until June 2020 when a new Lord Mayor will be elected at an annual meeting of Councillors.
