Ank Bijleveld
Ank Bijleveld (CDA) was installed as acting mayor of Almere on 17 January 2022.
From October 2017 to September 2021, Ank Bijleveld was Minister of Defense in the Rutte III cabinet. From 2011 to 2017 she was the King's Commissioner in the province of Overijssel. Before that, State Secretary of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, mayor of Hof van Twente, also chairman of the Twente Security Region and member of the House of Representatives on behalf of the CDA.
