Buscar un trabajo suele ser un proceso difícil y, además, puede convertirse en una experiencia solitaria y desmotivante. La solución, a juicio de la Consejería de Empleo de la Región de Murcia, es trabajar en equipo y trabajar colectivamente en la tarea.
El sitio web del gobierno regional presentó una nueva iniciativa denominada "Activación 100x100" (que se traduce como Activación 100% en inglés). Su primera fase se puso en marcha hoy en los municipios de Cehegín, Cieza y San Pedro del Pinatar y tendrá como objetivo ayudar a 3 equipos (compuestos por 20 personas cada uno) de estas localidades a encontrar un trabajo para cada uno de sus integrantes en un plazo de 100 días.
La web del Gobierno murciano también informó que cada equipo estará bajo la dirección de un mentor o un 'entrenador' haciendo así alusiones a una cierta sensibilidad deportiva que será inherente a la iniciativa. Y como en cualquier deporte, el objetivo es ganar, en este caso, la obtención de un empleo.
El nombre de la iniciativa implica el hecho de que los participantes deben dar el 100% de su esfuerzo para ayudarse no solo a sí mismos sino también a sus compañeros de equipo. El entrenador estará allí para brindar asesoramiento, evaluación de las habilidades del candidato y orientación en el proceso de búsqueda de empleo.
Los equipos serán bastante heterogéneos, formados por personas de diferentes edades, antecedentes y cualificaciones para proporcionar una accesibilidad uniforme, pero también una mayor variedad de experiencias y puntos de vista.
“Uno de los grandes éxitos de ‘100x100 Activación’ es congregar a una gran diversidad de perfiles, que van desde jóvenes con poca o nula experiencia hasta parados de larga duración, ya que es la que permite enriquecer al grupo, al tiempo que mejora las capacidades y habilidades individuales para enfrentarse al reto de buscar trabajo”, afirmó Miguel Motas, consejero de Empleo autonómico.
Aún así, las sesiones grupales también se combinarán con las individuales para que cada persona pueda obtener recomendaciones que se ajusten a su perfil particular.
El plan es tener dos oleadas más de esta iniciativa, cada una cubriendo tres nuevos municipios de Murcia y un total de 180 participantes que tendrán la oportunidad de encontrar un nuevo trabajo y, con suerte, hacer nuevos amigos en el proceso.
