The Avis mobile unit will be situated in piazza Municipio in order to service those who have expressed interest in donating. The operations will take place in compliance with all the measures imposed by the current coronavirus pandemic, as a result of which the number of donors has decreased, while the need for blood remains as high as ever.
To avoid gatherings and to ensure greater safety of operations, the donation of blood must be scheduled by calling 347.360.95.20 from 10.00 to 19.00. Anyone in good health, aged up to 70, who weighs at least 50 kilos can donate.
Those who intend to donate must not have flu-like symptoms. Before heading in to donate, they will have their temperature measured, which must not exceed 37 degrees.
