Ayia Napa Municipality aims to make Cape Greco a top wedding destination

Offering couples the unique chance to marry in an idyllic landscape

Cape Greco in the Ayia Napa area has been designated as an official spot for civil weddings, offering couples the chance to marry in an idyllic landscape that nature itself has created. Ayia Napa Municipality aims to upgrade and enrich the services offered for civil marriages by giving more options to couples who choose the resort for their most important day. The municipality also aims to promote the attractions and unique beauty of the coastal town, to attract more couples and make Ayia Napa the number one destination for civil wedding ceremonies.

Cape Greco, also known as Capo Greco is a headland in the southeaster part of the island of Cyprus. It is located at the southern end of Famagusta Bay and forms part of Ayia Napa Municipality. It lies between the towns of Ayia Napa and Protaras, both of them tourist resorts. It is visited by numerous tourists every year for its natural environment. Capo Greco is a National Forest Park and it is under the administration of the Foresty Departmant of the Cyprus Ministry of the Interior.
