En los seis distritos con mayores desigualdades en salud de la ciudad
El Ayuntamiento de Barcelona ha puesto en marcha un nuevo programa destinado a prestar asesoramiento psicológico gratuito a mayores de 22 años. Está dirigido principalmente a personas cuya vida se ve afectada por los servicios sociales, las escuelas de adultos, los programas de inserción laboral o las ayudas sociales. Lo mejor es que estará disponible en los centros cívicos de forma gratuita durante varias horas a la semana sin necesidad de registro previo.
El propósito es ayudar a aquellas personas que puedan estar viviendo en condiciones de desigualdad en salud y que les resulte difícil, inconveniente o innecesario acceder a los servicios de salud mental.
El nombre del programa, Konsulta'm +22 (Consultame) es una referencia directa al programa Konsulta'm que ya venía funcionando para ayudar a jóvenes de entre 12 y 22 años. Estará disponible en los distritos de Sant Martí, Sant Andreu, Nou Barris, Horta-Guinardó, Sants-Montjuïc y Ciutat Vella.
Ya está disponible en los dos primeros, pero puede tardar un par de meses más en expandirse al resto. Se considera que estos distritos tienen la mayor concentración de residentes que viven en desigualdad de salud.
El programa también se expande, o mejor dicho, regresa a un modo más presencial de brindar apoyo. Esto se ejemplifica en el distrito de Sant Andreu, donde los consejeros han acumulado una gran experiencia en los últimos cuatro años, la mayoría de los cuales, sin embargo, a través de servicios telefónicos o en línea. Ahora habrá un espacio dedicado de acceso abierto donde las personas pueden ingresar sin cita previa.
En el distrito de Sant Martí, estos servicios ya están disponibles los lunes de 10:00 a 14:00 horas en el Centro Cívico del Besòs.
Estos centros están vinculados y forman parte de la red de atención médica general de la ciudad, sin embargo, presentan un enfoque más informal para la terapia y las consultas.
