Rats and mice have infested some of the ministries in Paris and now the government is introducing cats to some of its buildings to fight the problem. Since rat infestations are quite often in these buildings, the Prime Minister's sectretary decided to bring cats to help improve the situation.
Noé and Nomi are the names of the two cats invited to "work" in the ministry adn catch the rats. The rat problem in Paris is actually quite severe. In 2016, infestation caused the closure of some parks and gardens.
