Chairman of Euro Advance Association and founder of TheMayor.eu Boyan Tomov, spoke with the mayor of the Bulgarian capital – Yordanka Fandakova. Focal points of their conversation were the upcoming Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU in Sofia starting on January 1st 2018, the events of which will take place in Sofia. They also focused on the benefits for the Bulgarian capital and the portfolio of tourist destinations that will be distributed among the visiting EU representatives.
Tomov and Fandakova discussed the good practices implemented in the European cities from which Sofia can gain experience, or in other words, what examples can be taken from London, or from Geneva, or Ljubljana.
The mayor of Sofia also revealed her plans for the capital’s development on the way to becoming green and digital city.
