Il 15 ottobre, dalle 10.30 alle 11.30, si terrà il primo webinar rivolto ai membri della community di tecnici e amministratori locali e non solo, del progetto “Lombardia Europa 2020”, promosso da Anci, Provincia di Brescia e Regione Lombardia. Lo scopo del progetto è creare 12 Uffici Europa provinciali (i Seav - Servizi Europa di Area Vasta) in grado di intercettare i fondi della programmazione europea.
Il primo appuntamento, che si terrà a distanza utilizzando una piattaforma on line, farà il punto sull’attività svolta da Regione Lombardia nell’attivare risorse europee nell’ambito della programmazione 2014-2020 che sta per chiudersi. Si parlerà anche su le novità introdotte dalla Commissione europea per utilizzarne le risorse residue come prima risposta all’emergenza socio economica prodotta dalla crisi pandemica.
“I webinar serviranno a dare indicazioni molto puntuali e concrete alla rete di amministratori che si è creata attorno al progetto nato per aumentare la capacità dei territori di fare rete e di progettare interventi finanziabili dalla Ue in diversi campi, dalla sostenibilità ambientale, all’inclusione sociale, alla digitalizzazione. Nel frattempo il nostro progetto prosegue, a cominciare dalle progettazioni sperimentali, 20 in tutto, che saranno realizzate in tutte le province lombarde entro la fine di quest’anno”, spiega Egidio Longoni, vice segretario di Anci Lombardia e project manager di Lombardia Europa 2020.
Gli appuntamenti webinar successivi, tra ottobre e dicembre, saranno dedicati ad approfondire le novità legate alla programmazione e agli strumenti di attivazione dei fondi europei 2021-2027 e del Recovery plan (Next generation Eu) che per l’Italia vale 209 miliardi. Uno degli oratori sarà Nicola De Michelis, direttore alla Commissione europea, che si occupa dell’Unità crescita intelligente e sostenibile e dell’implementazione del fondi europei per il sud Europa.
