From this week on, between 8 and 9 am anyone up to age 18 who wants or needs a warm breakfast just needs to bring in a wee container
The North Dublin café, Skinny Batch, has come up with the lovely idea of giving out free breakfast to any child or teenager who needs it on their way to school. The offer is available to any child or teenager up to the age of 18 between 8 and 9am each morning.
From this Monday, the café will be serving up a pot of porridge and a fruit for children and teenagers to take to school with them. The kids just need to bring their wee container. The initiative is getting a great response from locals already.
