À compter de juillet 2019, la ville française donne un accès gratuit à toutes ses bibliothèques municipales, quelle que soit leur nationalité. De plus, toutes les pénalités existantes sur les livres sont suspendues.
Pour s'inscrire, une carte d'identité ou un livret de famille pour les enfants doit être présenté à l'une des bibliothèques, accompagné d'un justificatif de domicile. Ensuite, une carte sera émise qui est valide pour une période d'un an. Il vous permet d’obtenir 20 objets, parmi lesquels jusqu’à 3 œuvres d’art et 5 jeux; de gérer les documents empruntés en ligne et les restituer dans la bibliothèque de votre choix.
