Last year’s edition saw a record of 120,000 spectators

This year, Avignon will once again welcome the iconic sound and lights festival Hélios. The fourth edition of the famous event will take place in the French city from 25 July to 30 August, with projections happening every evening from 21.30 to 23.30. Not only is it expected to be a spectacular form of entertainment after months of lockdown, but it will also give its visitors a chance to learn and explore the historic buildings, temporarily turned into projection screens.

Light and music against Covid-19

After the success of the previous three editions, the last of which attracted more than 120,000 visitors, the free Helios sound and light festival is back in Avignon with new shows and new exceptional venues. The visit is entirely free and flyers with more information are available at the reception of the City Hall and at the Tourist Office of Avignon.
