El gobierno regional presentó una guía a los municipios sobre cómo mejorar estas particularidades
La mayoría de nosotros apreciamos una vista panorámica y la Comunidad de Galicia tiene muchas para ofrecer. La Xunta de Galicia, sin embargo, ha decidido prestar más atención a los lugares reales desde donde se disfruta de dichas vistas: los miradores. En ese sentido, la consejera de Medio Ambiente, Ángeles Vázquez, presentó una nueva guía el 30 de agosto, en Ribeira.
La guía ayudará a los arquitectos paisajistas y las autoridades municipales a diseñar y / o renovar los miradores en sus territorios de manera que se integren con el paisaje circundante. Para las autoridades regionales, el punto de vista no es solo un objeto de infraestructura, sino una atracción por mérito propio.
Los autores de la guía analizaron 144 de los 472 miradores inventariados en Galicia durante meses, seleccionados por su alto valor estratégico y panorámico.
A partir de este estudio se elaboraron 10 expedientes comerciales más en los que se tomaron como ejemplo tantos otros puntos de vista -entre ellos, Pedra da Ra- tanto por sus valores paisajísticos como por la calidad de las intervenciones realizadas para acondicionarlos.
La consejera de Medio Ambiente destacó la belleza del mirador de Pedra da Ra, que sirvió de escenario para la presentación del libro. Se elogió, “gracias a la última intervención diseñada por el arquitecto Carlos Seoane, como ejemplo de integración paisajística y de cómo la acción humana puede dar una nueva utilidad a los miradores existentes, pero siempre respetando su entorno”.
El mirador tuvo un aspecto hasta 2016 cuando fue rediseñado por el arquitecto, mencionado por el ministro.
Por su parte, el alcalde de Ribeira, Manuel Ruiz, ha destacado que los miradores "no son solo enclaves desde los que apreciar un paisaje espectacular, sino que suelen ser, de por sí, lugares maravillosos".
Ha concluido: “Espero que esta guía sirva para mantener ese respeto que todos y cada uno de los lugares emblemáticos que hay en Galicia tienen que tener”.
