Get your summer job with the City of Brussels

From street workers to architects, find what is in there for you in the capital of Belgium

Looking for a job in Belgium? Have a lot of free time on your hands? Good news. The City of Brussels recruits students for different jobs during the school holidays, namely in the months of July, August, September. Several services of the City are looking to appoint new team members for the summer, including the following:

  • Road Works: for this season student jobs are available for July, August and the first half of September. Apply by 12th
  • Public Patrimony and Demography: this year, student jobs are available for July, August and the first half of September. Deadline is on Friday 17th
  • Youth leaders: The Jeugd in Brussel association is looking for youth leaders for the Dutch-language holiday camps of the City of Brussels. The Jeunesse à Bruxelles association also needs youth leaders for the French-language youth activities of the City of Brussels.

Regardless of the currently available places, you are invited to submit an unsolicited application. On top of these temporary positions, there are more than 20 permanent vacancies with the local administration. They require various competencies and experience and go from managers, childcare, architects, doctors, nurses, lawyers, surveyors, etc. Do not hesitate to check the full list now: there might be something in for you in the Capital of Europe.
