El estado de ánimo del público en general se capturará a través de algo parecido a una nube de palabras
La Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa (con sede en la ciudad vasca de San Sebastián-Donostia) anunció una nueva iniciativa, que arranca el 23 de diciembre, con el objetivo de captar el ánimo general y los deseos de desarrollo futuro por parte de los vecinos de la provincia.
Pueden decir lo que piensan a un sistema de grabación, que capturará y transformará esos deseos en luz, color y palabras en una gran pantalla instalada en la Plaza de Gipuzkoa. Se trata de un ejercicio democrático, participativo y colectivo bajo el lema Gipuzkoa argitu zure ahotsaz (Ilumina Gipuzkoa con tu voz).
El mensaje de cada participante voluntario será capturado a través de un sistema de reconocimiento de voz, lo que provocará la iluminación de la pantalla. Las aportaciones habladas se recogen en dos puntos separados, uno en euskera y otro en castellano. Para compartir un mensaje bastará con acercarse a uno de los puntos, dependiendo del idioma en el que prefieran hablar los participantes -la grabación se lanzará mediante un sistema de activación- y dejar ahí el testimonio verbal de cada uno o de uno.
Así, las voces de los guipuzcoanos se verán reflejadas en el mapa de palabras y colores que se puede ver en pantalla. Al final de cada día, los contenidos serán analizados y proyectados como resumen en pantalla.
Con el fin de animar a la ciudadanía a participar, y mientras dure el proyecto, algunos rostros conocidos y conocidos de la localidad se acercarán a la Plaza Gipuzkoa y ofrecerán su testimonio.
Todo aquel que quiera participar en la elaboración del mapa de deseos para el futuro puede hacerlo hasta el 5 de enero. Esto es posible de 12:00 a 20:00, excepto el 25 de diciembre y el 1 de enero.
