The budget of Kozloduy Municipality for 2019 provides funds for financial support to families with reproductive problems. Funding for examination and treatment will be carried out according to a procedure regulated by the Rules for financial support for research and procedures related to treatment of infertility of families and couples with reproductive problems on the territory of the Municipality of Kozloduy.
The subject of financing is both family and couples, in which at least one of them is a resident of the municipality for 3 years.The assetment of the submitted documents and distribution of the funds for support of families and couples with reproductive problems will be carried out by a Commission, which will monitor compliance with the criteria and the conditions for acquiring rights to use the funds for carrying out of assisted reproduction activities and other medical manipulations.
Funding criteria and application conditions are specified in the Regulations for financial support for research and procedures related to the treatment of infertility of families and couples with reproductive problems on the territory of the Municipality of Kozloduy.
Family couples can apply by submitting an application to the mayor of the municipality, in the special appropriate form, with the attached documents, at the address: Kozloduy, 13 Hristo Botev Str., Kozloduy Municipality - Information Center. Additional information can be obtained every working day from 8:00 to 17:00 in the building of the municipal administration in Kozloduy, bl. CMS, Floor 3, Humanitarian Affairs Directorate or by phone 0973/85 846; 0973/85 844.
