El principio de marzo es tradicionalmente el momento de las ventas de liquidación de fin de temporada que ofrecen los minoristas de la ciudad española de Logroño a los compradores locales ansiosos por obtener una buena oferta. Una tradición comercial y un evento especial habían surgido en torno a este fenómeno durante los últimos 20 años, bajo el nombre de "Logrostock". Este evento involucró a comerciantes que llevaban sus productos a puestos especiales en el Parque El Espolón creando una especie de centro comercial temporal al aire libre donde los clientes podían hurgar y hacer compras.
Este año, sin embargo, se debe evitar tal hacinamiento por razones ahora obvias. Es por eso que los funcionarios de la ciudad han informado al público que el festival de descuento (ahora llamado ‘Ñ Stock’ y que tendrá lugar del 27 de febrero al 6 de marzo) tomará una forma diferente. Eso significaría que los minoristas no abandonarán sus establecimientos y la ciudad participará activamente en la promoción de sus ofertas de venta a través de un sitio web dedicado y también en los canales de redes sociales.
En España, este tipo de festivales de liquidación de ventas son conocidas como ferias de oportunidades, lo que da fe de la idea de que esta es una oportunidad para encontrar gangas especiales. Ya 273 tiendas de 15 sectores diferentes han expresado su deseo de participar. También tendrán un cartel en sus escaparates indicando que son parte de esta campaña.
“El apoyo al comercio minorista de Logroño es un objetivo fundamental y por el que queremos apostamos firmemente, no solo por el compromiso de crear ciudad y riqueza para nuestra ciudadanía, sino también porque detrás de todos estos proyectos hay mucho esfuerzo, mucha ilusión depositada y grandes sueños personales que no queremos que se trunquen tras esta situación excepcional que estamos viviendo con la COVID-19”, ha explicado Esmeralda Campos, concejala de Economía, Finanzas y Comercio.
Logroño Punto Comercio, asociación de comerciantes minoristas locales, organizará una campaña publicitaria a través de sus canales de redes sociales, así como a través de medios tradicionales, como vallas publicitarias. Además, acogerá un sorteo de 50 vales, valorados en 10 euros cada uno, que podrán destinarse a la venta online.
Los compradores ya pueden consultar las tiendas participantes y las promociones que tienen sobre sus excedentes de stock en www.nstock.es.
