2018 thematic lines
In 2012, the Eastern Europe Initiatives Congress was organized for the first time. The main task for the Congress became to establish a Cultural Cooperation Network for the Eastern Partnership. The big event is organized within the activities of the Centre for Eastern Competences (CEC), which is a programme implemented by the City of Lublin and the Government of Lubelskie Voivodeship. CEC aims at networking and initiating new undertakings, as well as co-creating the new quality in a broadly defined development cooperation.
