En Mars, les accros du cinéma et de la technologie au Luxembourg ont des raisons de se réjouir
Un événement tant attendu par les cinéphiles luxembourgeois n’est qu’à quelques semaines d’aujourd’hui. Le Luxembourg City Film Festival revient pour une édition jubilaire du 5 au 15 mars. De plus, présentera un pavillon réalité virtuelle qui promet un programme unique d'au moins 12 expériences cinématographiques immersives et innovantes.
Lux Film Fest fêtera sa 10e édition cette année et attend une fréquentation record de plus de 30 000 visiteurs, selon les chiffres de l’année dernière. Il est l'un des événements cinématographiques phares du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg.
Le festival du film du pays, soutenu par le ministère de la Culture et la Ville de Luxembourg, connaît une popularité croissante au fil des ans.
Les 11 jours de festival seront remplis de films, d’ateliers et d’autres événements spéciaux sur des sujets cinématographiques, y compris un programme scolaire, à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur des cinémas locaux.
Après son succès spectaculaire au cours des deux dernières années, le Pavillon réalité virtuelle reviendra. Cette fois, il déménagera dans un endroit aussi impressionnant - l'abbaye de Neumünster au 28 rue Münster.
La VR révolutionnaire et les œuvres innovantes seront accessibles aux visiteurs - des productions cinématographiques nationales et internationales aux superbes installations basées sur XR et AI. Enfin, l'entrée est gratuite sans réservation préalable.

Et pour ceux qui travaillent professionnellement dans le domaine de la réalité virtuelle, il y aura un événement spécial - VR Day. Le 6 mars, il réunira des experts internationaux pour des études de cas et des conversations sur les développements récents mais aussi - les défis auxquels son confrontés l’industrie XR et les professionnels des médias immersifs aujourd'hui.
Enfin, il y aura également un élément compétitif car un jury décernera un prix pour le meilleur film ou expérience basé sur la réalité virtuelle.
